UIL Marching Contest- Varsity Band

When: Monday, October 17th (rain date is 18th)

Where: Pennington Field

Performance Time: 1:45pm

Ticket Information: $5 Adults/$3 Senior & Students

Packing List:

What do you wear? Formal Archetype Uniform, compression gear, black calf high socks, black marching shoes, shako with shako wrap, and show hair.  

What do you bring with you?  Your instrument, Water Jug Filled, Instrument, and anything else you need to make your instrument work.

Detailed Timeline:

8:45am Visual Rehearsal on Band Field

9:45am Back to Band Hall to change and cool off

10:45am Inspection in Band Hall (in 1/2 uniform)

11:00am Grab and go lunch to bus

12:00pm Arrive at Pennington

1:00pm Warm Up

1:45pm Performance

2:45pm Load

3:30pm Arrive at CHS

6:30am - CHS band hall opens

7:00am - Call time for all students 

7:15am - Dress in uniforms (full)

7:30am - Inspection 

7:40am - Load buses

7:45am - Depart for Pennington Field

8:25am - Arrive

8:30am - Unload/Bathroom Break

9:00am - Line up

9:20am - Move to Warm Up A

9:30am - Warm Up begins

9:55am - Warm Up ends

10:00am - Move to gate

10:15am - Preform Kaleidoscope

10:25am - Performance over

10:30am - Pack up/load buses

11:00am - Depart for CHS

11:30am - Arrive at CHS/Unload/Change

11:50am - NTC & CHS9 bus depart (CHS go to lunch)

12:00pm - Arrive go to lunch/go to class
